Section 2. The following ordinances, as amended, are hereby amended as follows: <br /> A. Ordinance No-1671-89,as amended (EMC Title 19), is hereby amended by the addition of the <br /> following chapter as set forth in Exhibit 1 attached hereto,to be codified as EMC Chapter 19.36, <br /> Signs. <br /> B.
