C. Specific Requirements for Play-Well TEKnoloqies <br /> 1. Provide leadership and planning for STEM LEGO day camps <br /> a) Provide all equipment necessary for the LEGO Stem based camps <br /> b) Provide a minimum of 1:16 supervision ratio for the Day Camp <br /> c) Ensure that all volunteers or staff assisting with the Day Camp have completed <br /> background checks. <br /> d) Maintain and submit course evaluations. <br /> e) Maintain course attendance sheets. <br /> f) Monitors students and activity for safety. <br /> g) Assist with promotion for the classes. <br /> h) Acquire a City of Everett Business License, no later than April 30, 2019. <br /> 2.
