An AutoTurn analysis or similar, showing both the 35' <br />driveway situation as inadequate and the proposed wider driveway width should be <br />submitted with your revised plans, and should be accompanied by a brief narrative <br />explaining both situations. <br />b. Upgrade curb ramp and companion ramp at intersection of Seaway Blvd and 36th Ave W <br />to meet current ADA standards. <br />c.
