The following plans and documents are <br />enclosed for your review: <br />1. One (1) Permit Counter Transmittal Sheet <br />2. One (1) each City of Everett Comment Memorandum dated October 21, 2016 <br />3. Four (4) sets of revised Civil Engineering Design Plans <br />4. Two (2) each Modular Wetland Cross Section Exhibit <br />5. Two (2) each revised Stormwater Site Plan <br />6. One (1) Geotechnical Engineer Comment Response Letter prepared by Terra Associates <br />7. Two (2) each Geotechnical Engineering Evaluation <br />The following outline provides each of your comments in italics exactly as written, along with a narrative <br />response describing how each comment was addressed: <br />COMMENTS BY ENGINEERING/PUBLIC SERVICES DIVISION <br />A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following <br />revisions should be made and/or the following conditions must be met. Please note that these <br />comments are only from the reviewers listed below and that other comments from the Building <br />Division and Planning Department may be required, but will be issued in separate letters by those <br />reviewers. <br />1.
