City of Everett deliverables: <br /> • Provide a quarterly report on EASC's progress toward the Objective above including <br /> specific activities under each sub-category that encourage the City of Everett <br /> economy. Report should include the number of companies: <br /> o Brought through Everett with a minimum of four(4)per year; <br /> o Visited in Everett with a minimum of one (1)per month; <br /> o Helped to stay or expand within Everett with a minimum of one (1)per year; <br /> o Successfully recruited to locate to Everett with a minimum of one (1) per year. <br /> o Provided counseling through its federal small business programs, including <br /> PTAC, SBDC, SBTRC, and SCORE, EASC with a minimum of ten(10)per <br /> quarter. EASC and partners will also coordinate with the City of Everett <br /> and/or Everett Transit on one (1) contracting event per year. <br /> o Continue material support of start-up and incubator spaces currently located or <br /> aspiring to locate in the City of Everett, such as NWIRC The Lab and <br /> Soundview Innovation Center. <br /> D. Promote Strategic Assets.Launch positioning and promotion strategies designed to <br /> resonate with regional, national and international audiences. <br /> a. Develop a data-driven marketing plan that identifies and evaluates assets and is <br /> informed by customer voice. <br /> b. Collaborate with community partners to implement and continually refine our <br /> marketing plan. <br /> c. Lead and shape the Regional Economic Development Organization project. <br /> City of Everett deliverables: <br /> • Participate in a minimum of one domestic and one international trade show during the <br /> contract cycle with direct promotion of Everett and its economy. <br /> • Provide a quarterly report on EASC's progress toward the Objective above including <br /> specific activities under each sub-category that encourage the City of Everett <br /> economy. The report should include: <br /> o Data generated from marketing activities; and <br /> o On-going efforts to collaborate with Greater Seattle Partners. <br /> • Provide online marketing web presence promoting Everett's economy in both English <br /> and Mandarin. <br /> • Provide support to the city in creation of its own marketing materials including access <br /> to and permission to use EASC-generated data, artwork, and templates as needed. <br /> • Create a marketing strategy to promote PAE that includes connections to select PAE <br /> Pair Cities; <br /> • Promote the two Everett Opportunity Zones in coordination with Dan Eernissee, by <br /> exposing a minimum of four(4)prospective developers to each per year. <br /> B -3 <br />
