In the <br /> spring of 1959, a detached 864 square foot rec-room andergarage structure was built in between the existing <br /> r'esidence`'gRtr"ffie detached single car garage. The total <br /> detached accessory building space is 1,172 square feet. <br /> The Applicant would remove the 308 square foot single car <br /> garage and construct a new 672 square foot garage in its <br /> place.
