The attached report
presents our findings and recommendations for the geotechnical aspects of project design and construction.
Our field exploration indicates the site is generally underlain by about 6 to 18 inches of organic forest duff
overlying outwash and glacial till sediments consisting of loose to medium dense silty sand to sand with silt and:
medium dense to very dense silty sand with gravel. We observed minor groundwater seepage in six of the test
pits between three and six feet below the ground surface.
In our opinion, the native soils on the site will be suitable for support of the proposed development, provided the
recommendations presented in this report are incorporated into project design and construction.
We trust the information presented in this report is sufficient for your current needs. If you have any questions or
require additional information,please call.
Sincerely yours,
TERRA ASSOCIATES,INC.
Carolyn S.
