Greetings from Everett. <br /> I will let the Permit Services Manager know that you would like to change your permit applications from multi- <br /> family to single family townhouses, and that you will be requesting unit lot subdivisions for each of the three <br /> buildings. The townhouses are reviewed under the IRC, with NFPA 13D sprinklers if you opt for <br /> suppression.
