Attached is the permit and Traffic Control Plan for Kevin DeWitt for the job happening on Tuesday, 11/13/18. I
have already contacted the fire dept and the garbage company to let them know we will have the alley closed for
work. We have traffic control signs that will be placed as marked on the TCP first thing Tuesday morning.
I already have the inspection set up for PM on Tuesday as well, so the work can pass inspection before being
back filled and then re-paved.
The crew will be taking pictures of the old work before we do anything and of the work that we complete to fix
the issue, as documentation as well.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
On Fri,Nov 9, 2018 at 8:38 AM Spencer Chynoweth<spencer@nwsewer.com>wrote:
Alicia,
Please attach permit copies and reply all so everyone is on the same page. Also please get confirmation from
the permit coordinator at the City of Everett that we have all needed permits to complete the repair/capping of
the illegal sewer connection.
Also ad specific instructions on job calendar to take pictures of work in progress and save so that we can get
them to appropriate people.
Also, please get me Mr. Burtons phone number and I'll touch bases on our part of the work.
Thank you!
Spencer Chynoweth
NW Sewer and Drain
206-931-5989
Spencer@nwsewer.com
On Nov 8, 2018, at 6:23 PM, Law Offices of Nicholas Fisher<reception@nicfisherlaw.com>wrote:
Spencer,
I wanted to confirm that you have spoken directly with Mr. Budden or someone
from the City of Everett's Code Enforcement Dept. regarding what is required, as far
as scope of work, permitting, etc., to resolve the issue of the previous plumber's
illegal/unpermitted connection to City sewer. Can you confirm this and provide
copies of the permit(s) that you've obtained? I'll forward those to Mr. Budden and
have him confirm that they are compliant before work begins this coming week?
My intent is to de-conflict any issues that may arise moving forward as our client
does not wish to incur additional costs to have anything re-done moving forward.
Per my conversation with you on the phone this afternoon, there is a pending lawsuit
against the previous plumber. Will you be sure to thoroughly document the project,
to include photos of the excavated/exposed eewer pipe, the damaged pipe removed,
'
?/ /
