Hopefully some of the repair costs can be
recovered.
Have a great weekend.
Ted
From: Kevin Fagerstrom
Sent: Friday,April 6,2018 1:47 PM
To:Ted de Budden<TdeBudden@everettwa.gov>
Subject: RE: 3431 Lombard Ave.
We're on it.
I don't know if you remember it.This place was owned by Jeff Schock and we enforced against him there. It was then
owned by Tim Reyberg and we enforced against him.And then it was owned by Annabelle Rockwood and we enforced
against her.All of these matters were over trying to convert the sheds in the back into dwelling units. I may recommend
to the boys that we should ask for an order to have the 2 sheds demolished !!
From:Ted de Budden
Sent: Friday,April 6,2018 11:01 AM
To: Kevin Fagerstrom <KFagerstrom@everettwa.gov>
Subject:3431 Lombard Ave.
Kevin,
We posted a stop work order on this property 3/16/2018 for work being conducted to create an "ADU" without required
permits.
An unpermitted sewer connection has been made. This has been verified by the sewer department via a camera in the
sewer main that shows the new connection.
This sewer connection effort has damaged the alley area including asphalt paving. The damaged area in the alley is now
a safety and nuisance concern.
Additionally alterations have been made to a detached accessory structure at the east portion of the
property. Presumably, this is the proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit.
No one representing this property has made contact or inquiry about the Stop Work Order or related work.
Please look into this matter at your earliest convenience for enforcement scrutiny.
1`Q
