Mr. Budden, <br /> I'd like to coordinate a time that you, the folks from Public Works and Mr. Fisher can meet to <br /> discuss resolution to the issues of the outbuildings located on this property. Mr. DeWitt previously <br /> intended to renovate them and turn them into residential units that could be rented out. After the <br /> issues that have arisen from Plumb Doctor's failures, Mr. DeWitt wishes to leave them in place as <br /> areas for storage of personal items. <br /> Additionally, we'd like to schedule time with Mr.James Iles to discuss the City of Everett's appetite <br /> and/or willingness to join in a claim for damages against the commercial insurance policy for <br /> Plumb Doctor. Pursuant to the contract, Plumb Doctor was required to obtain ALL necessary <br /> permitting for the entire scope of work. If Plumb Doctor had correctly obtained all permits, the <br /> violations would have never occurred.
