West Mateo Boulevard — Edmonds, Washington,"dated November 29, 2016. for our use in preparing this memo,we were provided with Plan Sheets A0.1 through A6.1, and SU)through S4.1litled "Scriven Remodel," prepared by BC8r..1 Architecture. We i,1 that project plans at this point include re-grading and lowering the yard area to the north of the existing residence along Abe top of a steep to very steep north-facing bluff slope. We also understand that a new Idtchen addition is.:prnposed along the eastern side of the residence. In our previous report,we provided recommendations for the proposed site grading,retaining wall construction along.the top of the steep slope, overall site drainage, and the residence addition support. We now tmderstand that the proposed kitchen 1.444-14-4''4 along the - m portion of the residence is going to be cantilevered off of the existing foundation and will not incl e any new foundations.
