West Mateo Boulevard — Edmonds, <br /> Washington,"dated November 29, 2016. for our use in preparing this memo,we were provided with <br /> Plan Sheets A0.1 through A6.1, and SU)through S4.1litled "Scriven Remodel," prepared by BC8r..1 <br /> Architecture. <br /> We i,1 that project plans at this point include re-grading and lowering the yard area to the north <br /> of the existing residence along Abe top of a steep to very steep north-facing bluff slope. We also <br /> understand that a new Idtchen addition is.:prnposed along the eastern side of the residence.
