This letter is to inform you that, after an analysis of the Rent Back Agreement to the Purchase and Sale Agreement and an inspection of the space referred to in that Rent Back Agreement, the lease has been terminated by function of law and you are being given notice to vacate the premises by September 20,2016. The Rent Back Agreement(RBA) appears to rent out a portion of the property at 9108 9th Drive SE that is not legally habitable under the local municipal code, specifically the basement. As a result,the RBA is illegal and is terminated as a matter of law. - We understand that you opted for the RBA in order to continue to work in the area for the next two years.As such,we feel it would be unreasonable to not first seek a compromise to allow you to find housing and we hope that you and our clients can come to a reasonable agreement that give you the opportunity to find new housing in the area and avoid having to push this through the court.
