/IPAI ORDINANCE NO. 3682-19 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, "Everett Downtown Streetscape Improvements - Phase II,"Fund 303, Program 101, to accumulate all costs for the improvement, and repealing Ordinance No. 3329-13. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement program; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain safety improvements on Hoyt Avenue between Pacific Avenue and Wall Street; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 101, entitled "Everett Downtown Streetscape Improvements - Phase II,"to accumulate all costs for the improvement. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 101, for the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director" or"City Engineer,"under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of$767,800 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 101, "Everett Downtown Streetscape Improvements - Phase II," as follows: A.
