1 ORDINANCE NO. _s>f <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of <br /> the City of Everett, as provided by Everett <br /> 3 Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3572) <br /> 4 WHEREAS , the Planning Commission has held a public hear- <br /> 5 ing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from <br /> 6 R-1 , Single-Family Low-Density Residence Zone to C-1, General <br /> 7 Commercial Zone, <br /> 8 WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Everett, after <br /> 9 hearing the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City <br /> 10 of Everett, has determined that said property should be so re- <br /> 11 zoned and zoned C-1 <br /> 12 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 13 Section 1 : That the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett does hereby find that the zoning change <br /> 14 hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of <br /> the City of Everett. <br /> 15 <br /> Section 2 : That the zoning map of the City of <br /> 16 Everett, as established by Everett Municipal <br /> Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3572 , Section 4, as <br /> 17 amended) is hereby amended as follows : <br /> 18 The East 100 . 00 feet of the West 773 . 25 feet of <br /> that portion of Government Lot 4 , Section 7 , <br /> 19 Township 28 North, Range 5 East, N.M. lying <br /> South of SR 526 ; EXCEPT the South 30 feet thereof <br /> 20 for Casino Road situated in Snohomish County, State <br /> of Washington <br /> 21 now zoned R-1, Single-Family Low-Density Residential <br /> 22 is rezoned and is zoned C-1, General Commercial. <br /> 23 Section 3 : That the official map shall , upon the <br /> passage of this Ordinance, be amended by the City <br /> 24 Clerk, as hereinabove provided, and henceforth said <br /> property shall be used in accordance with the zone <br /> 25 in which the same is now established, as provided <br /> by Everett Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 3572) as <br /> 26 amended . <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
