Bio- 7 s <br /> C <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 37 2- 7s <br /> 2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of <br /> 3 the City of Everett, as provided by <br /> Everett Municipal Code Title 19 <br /> 4 (Ordinance 3572) 3900 block Wetmore <br /> 5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public <br /> 6 hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described pro- <br /> 7 perty from R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone <br /> 8 to R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone, and <br /> 9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> 10 after hearing the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br /> 11 of the City of Everett, has determined that said property <br /> 12 should be so rezoned and zoned R-4 <br /> 13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 14 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of <br /> 15 Everett does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter <br /> 16 set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. <br /> 17 Section 2 : That the zoning map of the City of <br /> 18 Everett, as established by Everett Municipal.. Code Title 19 <br /> 19 (Ordinance 3572 , Section 4 , as amended) is hereby amended <br /> 20 as follows : <br /> 21 Lots 17 to 29 Block 7 Climax Land Company <br /> 22 First Addition <br /> 23 Situated in Snohomish County, State of Washington <br /> 24 now zoned R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residential is <br /> 25 rezoned and is zoned R-4 Multiple Family High Density Resi- <br /> 26 dence. <br /> 27 Section 3 : That the official zone map shall , upon <br /> 28 the passage of this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, <br /> 29 as hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall <br /> 30 be used in accordance with the zone in which the same is now <br /> 31 established, as provided by Everett Municipal Code (Ordinance <br /> 32 No. 3572) as amended . <br />
