Bio- 7 s C 1 ORDINANCE NO. 37 2- 7s 2 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of 3 the City of Everett, as provided by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 4 (Ordinance 3572) 3900 block Wetmore 5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public 6 hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described pro- 7 perty from R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone 8 to R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone, and 9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, 10 after hearing the recommendation of the Planning Commission 11 of the City of Everett, has determined that said property 12 should be so rezoned and zoned R-4 13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 14 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of 15 Everett does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter 16 set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. 17 Section 2 : That the zoning map of the City of 18 Everett, as established by Everett Municipal.. Code Title 19 19 (Ordinance 3572 , Section 4 , as amended) is hereby amended 20 as follows : 21 Lots 17 to 29 Block 7 Climax Land Company 22 First Addition 23 Situated in Snohomish County, State of Washington 24 now zoned R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residential is 25 rezoned and is zoned R-4 Multiple Family High Density Resi- 26 dence. 27 Section 3 : That the official zone map shall , upon 28 the passage of this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, 29 as hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall 30 be used in accordance with the zone in which the same is now 31 established, as provided by Everett Municipal Code (Ordinance 32 No. 3572) as amended .
