-The area from 1000 block to the 3200 block of Hewitt Avenue and two blocks <br /> north and south of this area is a current SODA area and I believe should <br /> remain so for the next two years. This area contains several bars and the <br /> Everett Events Center. Everett Police officers have made arrests for narcotics <br /> related crimes in this area. Crime analysis shows drug activity in this area to <br /> spread about the downtown core. We have received complaints about <br /> narcotic activity and made drug arrest throughout this area.
