C.C. 18. 08 . 020) <br /> The City of Everett does ordain: <br /> SECTION I : Ordinance #4157 , Section 3 (E.C.C. 18. 04 . 030) <br /> is hereby amended by adding the following: <br /> " (1) Short subdivision is a division of land into four <br /> (4) or less lots , tracts , parcels, or sites. " <br /> " (m) Short Plat is the map of a short subdivision <br /> showing thereon the division of land into lots , blocks , <br /> streets and alleys or other divisions. " <br /> " (n) Short Subdivision Certificate is a title report <br /> by the title insurance company certifying the ownership, <br /> deed restrictions , covenants and other encumbrances , of <br /> the land being subdivided." <br /> SECTION II : Ordinance #4157, Section 5 (E.C.C. 18 . 08 .020) <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Authority for granting approval of plats , subdivisions, <br /> and dedications Each plat, subdivision, or dedi- <br /> cation, other than short subdivision, before any of its <br /> lots or tracts may be sold or offered for sale, shall <br /> be submitted for approval by the City Council, and no <br /> sale or offer for sale shall be made until it has the <br /> written and final approval of the City Council shown <br /> thereon and until it is filed for record with the <br /> County Auditor.
