. , , <br /> • <br /> • <br /> (5) If a vehicle is forfeited to the City, towed and <br /> impounded, as hereinabove described, the registered owner <br /> shall have thirty (30) calendar days after the date of im- <br /> poundment within which to redeem said automobile by paying <br /> the total of all accumulated fines owed the City of Everett <br /> plus all towing and storage costs incurred in the towing <br /> and impoundment. <br /> (6) Vehicles forfeited to the City shall be sold at <br /> auction at some time after the expiration of the redemption <br /> period hereinabove described. <br /> C. All costs, including attorney fees, incurred by the City in <br /> the removal and storage of an impounded vehicle shall be a lien <br /> upon the vehicle. All towing and storage charges on each vehicle <br /> impounded shall be paid by the owner or his agent if the vehicle <br /> is redeemed. In the case of abandoned vehicles, all costs of <br /> removal and storage shall be paid by the owner or his agent if <br /> the vehicle is redeemed. In the case of abandoned vehicles, all <br /> costs of removal and storage shall be received from the proceeds <br /> of sale.
