Fire Hydrants and Standpipes: The General Fund of the City of <br /> 1 Everett shall pay for hydrant installation and maintenance, trans- <br /> 2 ?; mission and distribution mains, storage facilities and water used <br /> for fire suppression. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Charge - $5,000 monthly <br /> 5 <br /> 4. Service Connection Charges: <br /> 6 <br /> a. Fixed Rate $200.00 each <br /> 7 <br /> b. Metered: <br /> 8 3/4 inch $200.00 each <br /> 9 1 inch $275.00 each <br /> 2 inch $700.00 each <br /> 10 <br /> Service connection installations larger than the two inch size shall be <br /> 11 <br /> charged at the actual cost of the complete installation. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 5. Delinquent penalty charge: $15.00 each <br /> (See Section 14.16.690) <br /> 14 <br /> 15 6. Special Charges: <br /> 16 +' a. Turn on requested less than thirty days after <br /> 17 turn off requested (See Sec. 14.16.280) $10.00 each <br /> 18 `` b. Individual meters: The consumption and minimum monthly charges for <br /> individual metered services outside the City limits shall be com- <br /> 25 <br /> puted in the same manner as for metered customers within the City <br /> 26 and then a surcharge of twenty-five percent of this amount shall be <br /> 27 ',! added to the charge so computed to arrive at the total monthly water <br /> charge. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 2. Master Meters: <br /> 30 a.
