COUN&IL B-LL -#-3-93 7-5 1 2 ORDINANCE NO. f-5-7-70 3 AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for the City of Everett for 1975; and amend- 4 ing Ordinances No. 343-74, as amended by Ordinance 352-75 and 355-75 and declaring an .emergency to ; • 5 exist. 6 WHEREAS, the City Council has not appropriated certain local, State and Federal funds to augment previously approved programs 7 within the 1975 budget; and 8 WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been identified; 9 NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the following supplements shall be made to the 1975 budget: 10 Section 1 : That the sum of $73, 682 be appropriated in the 11 following manner : a . Fund 031 - Police Department 12 1. Program 104 - Law Enforcement, 13 increase 1975 budget appropri- ations $ 73 , 682 14 Original appropriation, Ord. 15 #343-74 $ 1,794 , 568 Amended by this appropriation 73 , 682 16 New Program Total $ 1, 868 , 250 17 The $73 , 682 is for two grants from the Law and 18 Justice Planning Office. One grant is for $19, 500 for buy money for Snohomish County Sheriff--Everett Police Department 19 combined Narcotics Task Force. The other grant is for $54, 182 for Snohomish County Special Criminal Task Force (Organized 20 Crime Unit) . 21 b. Source of Funds 22 1.
