C. C. 5. 88. 040) <br /> 3 <br /> 4 <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 5 Section 1: <br /> That Section 3, Chapter 22 of Ordinance No. <br /> 6 <br /> 295-74 (E. C. C. 5. 88. 040) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 7 <br /> 8 "In addition to the general requirements, there is the <br /> additional requirement that the applicant(s) or manager(s) <br /> 9 <br /> or owner(s) of the applicant has not been convicted of a <br /> 10 crime of moral turpitude or intent to defraud within ten <br /> 11 years from the date of application, and, furthermore, has <br /> 12 not within (ten-) five years from the date of application been <br /> released from a penal institution or from active supervision <br /> 13 on parole as a result of the conviction of any of the <br /> 14 aforementioned crimes.
