The Board shall adopt <br /> 2 reasonable rules and regulations for conducting its investigations and shall <br /> 3 render all decisions and findings in writing to the appropriate Department <br /> 4 Head responsible for the Code under consideration with a duplicate copy <br /> 5 <br /> to the appellant, and the Board may recommend to the City Council such new <br /> 6 <br /> legislation as is consistent therewith. <br /> 7 <br /> Section 2: Any person or persons aggrieved by an order or action of the <br /> 8 <br /> 9 appropriate City official charged with the responsibility of enforcing the <br /> 10 provisions of the respective codes or ordinances set forth in Section 1 of <br /> 11 this ordinance may appeal from such order or action by filing a written appeal <br /> 12 with the City Clerk. Appeals from writing orders of the responsible official <br /> 13 must be filed within thirty (30) calender days from the date of receipt of the <br /> 14 <br /> written order by the aggrieved party. Such time limitation shall not apply <br /> 15 <br /> to oral orders or directions given by the responsible official. <br /> 16 <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall supersede any provisions in any other <br /> 17 <br /> ordinances which are in conflict withthe provisions herein. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Section 4.
