3. Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's sole <br />expense, and requires 90 days minimum notice. Please contact Elaine Babby at (206) <br />224-2018 to coordinate relocation requests. <br />4. The Snohomish County PUD cwrently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed <br />development. For further information about the electrical service requirements for this <br />project, please call Kurt Martin of the District's Customer Engineering Office, Everett at <br />258-8291. <br />5. Verzon Northwest has facilities near this location. However, any building entrances must <br />be coordinated at least 60 days in advance. The cost of any relocation of Verizon facilities <br />that is required to construct the new apartments will be at the total expense of the <br />developer. Any relocation will take 60 to 120 days. Please contact Mike Hupf, Engineer at <br />(425) 356-4052 or Mike Bly, Engineer at (425) 356-4034 if you have any questions <br />regarding this building entrance. <br />6. Verizon Northwest will provide service to the site. However, new telephone cable <br />construction will be required in conjunction with the site development. Verizon's <br />engineering will begin when they are notified of your construction schedules and telephone <br />requirements. <br />7. It will be the developer's responsibility to provide a suitable combination of conduit and <br />trenching and/or riser conduit to accommodate Verizon's network communications cable <br />within the complex. Provided that an acceptable combination of conduit and/or trenching is <br />incorporated into the project to accommodate Verizon's entrance cable, there will be no <br />costs to the developer for Verizon's cable. <br />8. If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, <br />appropriate charges will be estimated and Verizon's Guaranty of Payment from will be <br />forwarded to you for your signature. Prior to commencement of Verizon's engineering for <br />such rearrangement, a deposit will be required.
