INTRODUCTION
The proposed facility entails a new Verizon Wireless facility. Site plan,
eleva!ions and mounting drawings furnished by KDC show that the new
personal wireless facility will be configured as follows: Installing sectorized
Cellular and PCS panel antennas to each sector (4 for each sector, 12 total) on
an proposed mountir platform atop the 150 foot high monopole.
The proposed VZW •antennas will be mounted and centered at approximately
the 150-foot level of the high monopole tower at 3200 20`h STREET, EVERETT,
WA. 98201.
The tower is shown without climbing appurtenances. Access to the tower is
restricted by a high chain link fence topped with barbed wire. All of the
proposed antennas are mounted well above head height for persons standing
on the ground or adjacent buildings. The:efore it is unlikely that anyone other
than an authorized person could approch iar enough to any of the proposed
antennas and other wireless equipment to cause any concern that a person's
RF exposure could exceed FCC limits. It is expected that RF exposure
conditions near ground level at SEAQ-GARFILED site, and on all adjacent
properties, due ta ihe contributions from all transmitting antennas on the high
monopole tower, wiil be well below the fCC public exposure limit.
To verify that the proposed Verizon facility will meet all FCC requirements, I
have performed EMF power density calculations to determine the exposure
conditions that are likely to exist in accessible areas near the proposed faciliry,
