INTRODUCTION
This report is intended as satisfying the Minimum Requirements 1 through 5 for the City
of Everett Stormwater Management Manual.
Minimum Requirement#1: Stormwater Site Plan Preparation
See attached Existing Conditions, Site Drainage Plan and SWPPP/TESCP Plan as
prepared by Trepanier Engineering dated 2/20/2015.
The project is for the construction of a two lot Short Plat that will retain an existing single
family residence on Lot# 1 and will provide an additional single-family residence and
attached garage on Lot#2. Access to the lots will be provided by a shared easement for
ingress egress and utilities along Beverly BLVD with a street address of 7016 Beverly
BLVD.
Minimum Requirement#2: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention
C- SWPPs Elements#1-12 are required.
1. Clearing limits will be marked;
2. Construction entrance will utilize the two existing driveway accesses.
3. There is a minor potential for stormwater erosion since the adjacent property
(Lot 1) is downstream of the new lot. The intent is to install a silt-fencing and
provide ground cover for all denuded areas.
4. Sediment controls will be shown on the plan and consists of the existing
driveway entrance, silt fences and replanting grass/lawn on all disturbed
areas.
5. Soil stabilization notes will be added to the plans;
6. The site has no significant slopes to protect.
7. See#4 above; INS1t?r.L PRoiv 11oN ftl" DOII)NS7RE/Nn s1 ueTV 2es.
8. The downstream storm system will be protected by providing splash blocks at
all roof downspout locations and dispersing flows to the natural ground.
During construction CB protection will be provided at the existing
downstream Catch Basin.
9. Standard construction notes will be added to the plans;there does not appear
to be a problem with controlling pollutants;
10. No dewatering issues are anticipated;
11. Standard construction plans and erosion control notes will be added to the
plan. These notes require maintaining the BMPs.
12. The project is small, so no phasing, seasonal work limitations or
clearing/grading restrictions were deemed necessary.
