UPSTREAM DRAINAGE <br /> The site has no upstream drainage onto the property as the land slopes away from the <br /> property. <br /> DOWNSTREAM DRAINAGE <br /> On-Site Stormwater runoff sheet flows to the existing curb and gutter along Beverly <br /> BLVD flowing north along the east boundary of the site.At approximately 36 ft north of <br /> the northeast property corner of the site an existing catch basin collects runoff and directs <br /> flow to the city's storm drain system flowing north along Beverly BLVD.No impacts to <br /> the downstream drainage system are anticipated with the development of the Eberly Short <br /> Plat. <br /> OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> Maintenance of the roof drain system should be on a yearly basis.
