Note :> Access to the sewer system occurred through the exterior clean <br /> out located on the north side of the house. The line is comprised of 4" <br /> diameter PVC plastic pipe transitioning to 6" diameter aggregate concrete <br /> pipe at 113 feet, to the city sewer main in Beverly Blvd at 137 feet. <br /> The line was located and marked at the 4" diameter to 6" diameter <br /> transition. The line is 8.5 feet deep at the driveway/sidewalk at this <br /> location. <br /> Observations <br /> 2. Note :> The line has flat grade to mild low grade areas at 40 to 45 feet <br /> and at 115 to 120 feet. <br /> There is dirt and rocks spread through out the line. <br /> The line is otherwise free from blocking roots, debris, and obstructions and <br /> has positive grade and flow to the city sewer main. <br /> Recommendations <br /> 3.
