Please provide a response letter with two sets of revised drawing sheets, with areas of <br /> revisions clouded on the drawings. Plan review will resume when the requested information is <br /> submitted with sufficient detail and information shown to ensure that the proposed structures <br /> will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. Additional revisions may be required <br /> by Public Works, Utilities, Planning, or Fire departments. <br /> Please plan on submitting the revisions once you have received comments from all departments <br /> (Public Works, Utilities, Planning, and Fire departments). Please check online at <br /> everettwa.gov/permits to see the review status of your submittal. <br /> General <br /> 1. The method of compliance with the IEBC should be identified in the project data code <br /> analysis, to include whether it is prescriptive, work area, or performance compliance. <br /> Please identify if the work is Level II or III alterations, to include whether the ceiling is <br /> remaining, light fixtures are being added or replaced, quantities, etc. <br /> Occupancy <br /> 1. Please include the occupancy load calculations in the project data on the cover sheet. <br /> a. Please summarize total occupant load count by occupancy and floor area, per IBC <br /> table 1004.1.2. <br /> b. Please include plumbing fixture calculations per IBC Chapter 29, table 2902.1, as <br /> amended by the State of Washington. <br /> 2. Please show the following on the drawings: <br /> a. Specific signage at the main entrance door and the exit doors to indicate that these <br /> doors will be open during business hours, per IBC section 1010.1.9.3, item 2.2. <br /> b. The door schedule should indicate that any locking devices on these doors are <br /> readily distinguishable as being locked. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. Please dimension the existing and new hallways going east-west in the plans. <br /> 2. Please include tested assembly number in rated walls, and include a copy of the details for <br /> the tested assembly from the testing authority on the plans. <br /> a. For the north exterior wall of the addition, please identify if the construction is <br /> different at the parapet than at the insulated wall below the roof. Both require a <br /> one hour fire resistant assembly. <br /> 3.
