This report was prepared for the specific use of AMK Homes and their
agents for specific application to this project. It is our understanding that.a single family residence
with a daylight basement is planned to be developed on the property. A topographic survey of the
property depicting the planned Iocation and elevation of the residence is still being developed at the
time of this report.
Site Conditions
•
The property(tax lot no. 005717001004020 was located on the east side of Chinook Drive to the
north of the residence and shop building located.at 5121 Chinook Drive in Everett,Washington. The
0.31 acre rectangular lot measured approximately 140 feet east-west by 95 feet north-south. The lot
slopes down to the northeast at an approximate inclination of 35 percent. A 3 to.6 foot high slope of
fill soils has been graded onto the south side of the lot from grading on the adjacent lot to the south
to level the adjacent lot. The short slope segment was at an approximate inclination of 70 percent.
Total elevation change from the southwest down to the northeast corner was about 40 feet. The
south side of the lot was.primarily covered with blackberry vines. There was a cluster of very large
Alder trees in the southwest corner of the lot and large fir trees near the middle and southeast corner
of the lot. A thick ground cover of ivy and native plants cover the rest of the lot. There was no
standinc,or flowing water on the property. There were no existing improvements on the lot.
Subsurface Conditions
Subsurface conditions on the property were inferred from visual reconnaissance of the property, a
review of an applicable geologic map, and a series of 3 subsurface exploration pits excavated on the
property. The exploration pits were excavated using a small track mounted backhoe. The
exploration pits were logged by a licensed geologist and immediately backfilled. The exploration
pits were located at the toe of the south fill slope at the west and east corners of the lot and near the
BGC, plic 14267 209th Avenue NE Woodinville, WA 98077 (425) 273-5062
TO OTINO
