9 - 7 3 sot <br /> ORDINANCE NO.o•2 47c- 7! <br /> AN ORDINANCE appropriating an additional $34,342 <br /> to the Library Fund of 1973 budget for the City <br /> of Everett, decreasing the 1973 budget appropriation <br /> 1 for the General Government Revenue Sharing Fund by <br /> $34,342 and declaring an amergency to exist. <br /> 2 <br /> 3 WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that at the time of making the <br /> 4 1973 Budget, the appropriation necessary to meet the City's statutory <br /> 5 obligation with regard to the Library Fund was underestimated by $34,342, <br /> 6 WHEREAS, the Council finds that monies are available by under- <br /> 7 expenditure with regards to the Revenue Sharing Fund by $34,342, <br /> 8 NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> 9 Section 1: That the sum of $34,342 is hereby appropriated and allocate. <br /> 10 to Fund 110 - Library Fund, which shall be in addition to that amount <br /> 11 otherwise budgeted for the year 1973 for the purpose of maintaining the <br /> 12 Library, <br /> 13 Section 2: The 1973 Revenue Sharing Fund allocation to the general <br /> 14 government is hereby decreased by $34,342, <br /> 15 Section 3: That an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this <br /> 16 ordinance shall take effect upon it becoming valid. <br /> 17 ('? <br /> 18 <br /> MAYOR <br /> 19 ATTEST: <br /> 20 �' � <br /> 21 Deputy City Clerk <br /> 22 Passed: Z _'�} <br /> 23 Valid: / - 74 <br /> 24 Published f ` ter-7�t <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
