toz <br /> ORDINANCE NO. c;\'6:-,-, 73 <br /> AN ORDINANCE related to and regenerating <br /> the subdivision of land within the City <br /> 1 of Everett; amending Ordinance No. 4157, <br /> Section 7, (E. C. C. 16. 12. 120) and Section <br /> 2 7, (E. C. C. 16. 28. 040) <br /> 3 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 4 <br /> Section 1: Ordinance No. 4157, S 7 (E. C. C. 16. 12. 120) is <br /> 5 <br /> hereby amended to read in full as follows: <br /> 6 <br /> 'Section 16. 12. 120 Subsection 1 entitled: Tentative Approval Granted <br /> 7 --Condition <br /> 8 By furnishing the City with a Performance Bond, approved <br /> by the City Attorney in which assurance is given the City <br /> 9 that the installation of the minimum improvements will be <br /> carried out in accordance with the subdivision City Code <br /> 10 and the insepction by the City Engineer, or his representative. <br /> The amount of the Performance Bond shall be 120% of the City's <br /> 11 estimated cost of the improvements. " <br /> 12 Section 2: Ordinance No. 4157 S7(E. C. C. 16. 28. 040) is hereby <br /> 13 amended to read in full as follows: <br /> 14 "Section 16. 28. 040 entitled: Approval by City Engineer <br /> 15 When the subdivider installs pavement, curbs, sidewalks, <br /> sanitary sewers, storm sewers, electrical utilities and/ <br /> 16 or other improvements, all such improvements shall be <br /> carried out in accordance with the general design and <br /> 17 installation standards approved by the City Engineer. All <br /> improvement'plans shall be approved by the City Engineer <br /> 18 prior to starting construction, and all construction work <br /> shall be inspected by the City Engineer, or his representative. <br /> 19 <br /> The following inspection fees are applicable per lot and include <br /> 20 the testing and insepction costs that will be accrued by the <br /> City.
