mak►/- 1-3 <br /> f <br /> • , <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. c2 /jc 7 <br /> 1 <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE amending Everett City Code <br /> Section 15. 04. 115 (F), (Ordinance 188-72) <br /> 3 dealing with Parking Requirements within <br /> the R-5 Core Area Residential Zone. <br /> 4 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Everett held <br /> 5 <br /> public hearing on the 20th day of March, 1973, and made recommendations <br /> 6 to the City Council proposing certain changes in the Zoning Ordinance, and <br /> 7 WHEREAS, after holding public hearings the City Council of the <br /> 8 City of Everett did approve said recommendations, <br /> 9 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 10 Section 1: That Everett City Code, Section 15. 04. 115 (F) is <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> 11 <br /> F. Off Street Parking Requirements: <br /> 12 <br /> Off street parking shall be provided as specified above and <br /> 13 in compliance with Section 15. 04. 190, EXCEPT: That in <br /> 14 the case of multiple family dwellings the following standards <br /> shall apply: <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Number of <br /> Bedrooms Number of Units in Structure <br /> 17 0-5 6-20 21-50 51-100 101+ <br /> 18 <br /> 0 1. 0 0. 9 0. 8 0. 7 0. 7 <br /> 19 1 1. 0 1. 0 0. 9 0. 9 0. 8 <br /> 20 2 1. 0 1. 0 1. 0 1. 0 0. 9 <br /> 21 3 1. 6 1. 5 1. 5 1. 4 1. 4 <br /> 4+ 2. 0 2. 0 1. 9 1. 9 1. 8 <br /> 22 <br /> The total parking requirement for multiple family structures <br /> 23 shall be the sum of requirements for individual bedroom <br /> classifications. <br /> 24 All vehicular parking areas and facilities shall be provided on <br /> the property containing the building except that there may be no <br /> 25 parking in the setback areas between the building and abutting <br /> 26 public streets.
