• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 1 AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of <br /> Lynnewood Drive lying in Replat of Darlington Lot X in <br /> 2 exchange for a more desirable street alignment. <br /> 3 <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 618 of the City of Everett, <br /> 4 <br /> the City Council has declared its intentions to vacate said <br /> 5 <br /> street, and, <br /> 6 <br /> 7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett did <br /> 8 by resolution duly adopted, fix the 25th day of April, 1973, <br /> 9 at 7: 00 P.M. of said day, for the hearing, and determination <br /> 10 of said Resolution, and, <br /> 11 <br /> WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of <br /> 12 <br /> said hearing and determination of said Resolution has been <br /> 13 <br /> given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law, <br /> 14 <br /> and, <br /> 15 <br /> 16 WHEREAS , at the time and place fixed for hearing <br /> 17 favorable statements and objections to the vacating of the <br /> 18 herein-described street were heard and discussed, and, <br /> 19 <br /> WHEREAS , it now appears to the City Council of the <br /> 20 <br /> City of Everett, that the portion of said street resolved <br /> 21 <br /> to be vacated should be vacated, <br /> 22 <br /> 23 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 24 All of that portion of the platted right-of-way <br /> of Lynnewood Drive, according to the Re-Plat of <br /> 25 Lot X Darlington as recorded in Volume 9 of Plats <br /> on page 50, Records of Snohomish County Washington, <br /> 26 lying westerly of a 50-foot strip of land of which <br /> the centerline is described as follows: Beginning at <br /> 27 a point of tangency on the platted centerline of <br /> Lynnewood Drive , said point bears N27° 39 ' 14" E 201. 60 <br /> 28 feet from the platted centerline angle point at Lot 14; <br /> thence southerly along the arc of a 383. 88 foot <br /> 29 radius curve to the left for 371. 27 feet and con- <br /> taining a central angle of 55° 24' 49" to an inter- <br /> 30 section with the platted centerline of Lynnewood <br /> Drive, said centerline intersection bears <br /> 31 S 27° 45 ' 35" E 201. 60 feet from the platted center- <br /> line angle point at Lot 14 , <br /> 32 <br />
