The <br /> City Council shall set a hearing date within thirty days <br /> of receiving such request. <br /> Section 15 : (4 .70 . 150) Liquor, Controlled Substances - <br /> Prohibited (Exceptions) <br /> (1) Liquor, as that term is defined by the Wash- <br /> ington State Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, <br /> shall not be distributed or consumed on any <br /> premises under regulation by this Ordinance, <br /> unless the premises are licensed to serve the <br /> same by the Washington State Liquor Control <br /> Board. <br /> (2) Controlled Substances, as defined by the Wash- <br /> ington State Uniform Controlled Substances <br /> Act, shall not be distributed or consumed on <br /> any premises under regulation by this Ordi- <br /> nance. <br /> Section 16 : (4. 70 . 160) Hours <br /> All massage businesses shall be closed, and all <br /> service performed therein discontinued, between the <br /> hours of 3 o'clock a.m. and 8 o 'clock a.m. <br /> Section 17 : (4 .70 . 170) Duty to Report Change of Employ- <br /> ment - Penalty <br /> Massage Parlor Attendants, Body Painting Studio <br /> Attendants, Public Bathhouse Attendants , and Masseurs <br /> must keep the City Clerk informed of any change of em- <br /> ployment. Failure to report a change in employment may <br /> result in a 30-day license suspension. <br />
