NorthWest Tower Engineering <br /> g <br /> WSDOT Monopole, Everett, WA Report No. 180636.08 January 30, 2018 <br /> Introduction <br /> NorthWest Tower Engineering (NWTE) has completed a structural analysis of the Washington <br /> State Department of Transportation's (WSDOT) 150-foot monopole in Everett, Washington. The <br /> analysis was performed at the request of Ryka Consulting to determine the ability of the tower to <br /> support proposed AT&T equipment. <br /> Tower Information <br /> NWTE visited the site on 03/27/06 to gather information for a structural analysis and again on <br /> 05/13/11 to verify the antenna configuration. The monopole designer and manufacturer are <br /> unknown. Monopole drawings, foundation drawings, design information, and geotechnical report <br /> were not provided.
