Section 3: (ECC 7. 04. 030) - Definitions <br /> (a) Wherever the word "jurisdiction" is used in <br /> the Uniform Fire Code, it shall be held to mean <br /> the City of Everett. <br /> (b) Wherever the "Corporation Counsel" is used <br /> in the Uniform Fire Code, it shall be held to <br /> mean the Attorney for the City of Everett or his <br /> assistants. <br /> Section 4: (ECC 7. 04.040) - Establishment of Limits <br /> of Districts in Which Storage of <br /> Flammable or Combustible Liquids in <br /> Outside Aboveground Tanks is to be <br /> Prohibited <br /> (a) The limits referred to in Section 15 .201 of <br /> the Uniform Fire Code in which storage of flammable <br /> or combustible liquids in outside aboveground tanks <br /> is prohibited, are hereby established as follows : <br /> Fire Zone #1 and #2 as defined by Ordinance <br /> No. 4050 (ECC 2. 32 .020 and 2 . 32.030) and said <br /> Section 15 .201 is amended as herein set forth. <br /> (b) The limits referred to in Section 15 . 601 of <br /> the Uniform Fire Code, in which new bulk plants for <br /> flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited, <br /> are hereby established as follows : <br /> Fire Zone #1 and #2 as defined by Ordinance <br /> No, 4050 (ECC 2. 32 .020 and 2. 32 .030) and said <br /> Section 15 .601 is amended as herein set forth. <br /> Section 5: (ECC 7. 04.050) - Establishment of Limits of <br /> Districts in Which Storage of Explosives and <br /> Blasting Agents is to be Prohibited <br /> The permanent storage of explosives and blasting agents <br /> shall be prohibited within the boundaries of the City of <br /> Everett . <br />
