the following officials of the City of Everett, to-wit: <br /> Chief of the Everett Fire Department as <br /> Chairman <br /> Inspection Supervisor <br /> City Engineer <br /> City Clerk of the City of Everett <br /> (ii) Duties of the Clerk -- It shall be the <br /> duty of the Clerk of the City of Everett, as a member <br /> of the said Fire Prevention Review Board, to have on <br /> hand in his office forms for appeal from such Fire <br /> Marshal Orders . The said Clerk shall keep a record of <br /> all such appeals, shall have authority to schedule <br /> hearing or dates for review of such Fire Marshal Orders <br /> before such Fire Prevention Review Board, and shall <br /> keep the records of the Fire Prevention Review Board, <br /> its sessions, the dates thereof, the members present <br /> and the witnesses heard giving testimony in each <br /> particular case . <br /> (iii) Steps on Appeal -- Any person upon whom <br /> such Fire Marshal Order has been served who desires <br /> to appeal the order therein set forth and review such <br /> order may do so, so long as such person shall comply <br /> with each and every step herein set forth, which juris- <br /> dictional steps are as follows : <br /> (a) File two copies of notice of appeal <br /> with the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Everett within five days after service <br /> of said Fire Marshal Order; and <br /> (b) Post the sum of $25 .00 with the City <br /> Clerk to cover cost of appeal. <br /> (iV) In the event that any such person seeking <br /> a review before the Fire Prevention Review Board fails <br />
