• <br /> June 5, 2019 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Roberts, Moore, and Bader, who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL 1905-30: <br /> David Tyler, Planning, provided a brief overview of the changes made to the <br /> proposed ordinance. <br /> Vice President Tuohy opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill 1905-30, a <br /> proposed ordinance concerning Sign standards, repealing and amending <br /> ordinances in accordance with Sections 1 and 2. <br /> There were no citizens who wished to speak. <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Stonecipher, <br /> to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Roberts, Moore, and Bader, who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1905-30 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE concerning Sign standards, repealing and amending <br /> ordinances in accordance with Sections 1 and 2, as amended <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, <br /> that this is the declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. 1905- <br /> 30, and the City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> 175 <br />
