• <br /> June 5, 2019 <br /> RESOLUTION - WATERFRONT PLACE CENTRAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY <br /> ZONE <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Stonecipher, <br /> to adopt Resolution No. 7382 amending the Development Agreement for the <br /> Port of Everett Waterfront Place Central Planned Development Overlay Zone, <br /> amending Resolution No. 5382 as amended. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Roberts, Moore, and Bader, who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—RIVERDALE ADDITION: <br /> Darcie Byrd, Real Property, provided an overview of the proposed vacation. <br /> • <br /> Vice President Tuohy opened the second public hearing regarding the proposed <br /> vacation of the east-west alleyway within Block 316, Plat of Riverdale Addition and <br /> direct staff to prepare an ordinance subject to the conditions as contained in the <br /> staff report. <br /> There were no citizens who wished to speak. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member Murphy, <br /> to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Roberts, Moore, and Bader, who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Vogeli inquired about the usage of the funds from the vacation. <br /> • <br /> 178 <br />
