• <br /> May 29, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., May 29, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore <br /> Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was <br /> found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, <br /> Vogeli, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Council Member Stonecipher was <br /> expected to be late. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the May 22, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL • <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report for the Cascade View- <br /> Twin Creeks Neighborhood meeting last week. He also reported on his <br /> attendance at the Snohomish County Tomorrow meeting. Council Member <br /> Murphy stated the next Budget Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for <br /> June 5 at 5:30 p.m. in council chambers. <br /> Council Member Vogeli stated she has heard concerns regarding the noise <br /> ordinance and rules governing loud vehicles and area noise. She also <br /> stated that second graders from Immaculate Conception School toured <br /> council chambers this afternoon for a civics lesson. <br /> Council Member Roberts stated the next General Government <br /> Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for June 19 at 5:15 p.m. in council <br /> chambers. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided a liaison report from the Silver Lake <br /> Neighborhood meeting. <br /> • <br /> 162 <br />
