WHEN THE VFD H-O-A SWITCH IS PLACED IN THE HAND POSITION,DAMPERS SHALL GO TO THEIR"NORMAL"POSITION AND THE SUPPLY FAN SHALL START AND ALL AUTOMATIC CONTROL SEQUENCES SHALL BE INITIATED EXCEPT THAT THE SUPPLY FAN VFD SPEED SHALL BE CONTROLLED MANUALLY AT THE VFD. <br /> 2. WMEN THE VFD H-O-A SWITCH IS PLACED IN THE OFF POSITION,DAMPERS SHALL GO TO THEIR"NORMAL"POSITION,THE SUPPLY FANS SHALL STOP,ALL AUTOMATIC CONTROL SEQUENCES SHALL BE STOPPED AND ALL CONTROL VALVES SHALL CLOSE. ' <br /> 3. WHEN THE VFD H-O-A SWITCH fS PLACED IN THE AUTO POSITION,THE SUPPLY FAN SHALL START AND ALL AUTOMATIC CONTROL SEQUENCES SHALL BE INITIATED. <br /> SYSTEM START/STOP:THE AHU SHALL BE STARTED/STOPPED BY THE EMCS ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT MODE. <br /> UN-OCCUPIED MODE: • <br /> _ 1.THE EMCS SHALL DE-ENERGIZE THE UNIT SUPPLY AND ASSOCIATED EXHAUST AIR FAN,CLOSE THE OA AND EA DAMPERS,CLOSE THE CHW VALVE,ENERGIZE THE ELECTRIC HEATING COIL,OPEN THE RETURN AIR DAMPER. <br /> 2. IF SPACE TEMPERATURE DROPS BELOW UN-OCCUPIED WINTER SPACE TEMPERATURE SET-POINT OF 55°F(ADJUSTABLE)AS MEASURED BY THE SPACE TEMPERATURE SENSOR,THE EMCS SHALL ENERGIZE THE SUPPLY AIR FAN TO 60%FULL SPEED AND ENABLE ALL TEMPERATURE CONTROL ALGORITHMS TO <br /> PROVIDE HEATING UNTIL SPACE TEMPERATURE RISES TO 60°F(ADJUSTABLE}.THE OUTSIDE AIR AND EXHAUST AIR DAMPER SHALL REMAIN CLOSED AND THE RETURN AIR DRMPER SHALL REMAIN OPEN.SUPPLY FAN MUST BE ON TO ENABLE HEATING. <br /> 3. IF SPACE TEMPERATURE RISES ABOVE THE SUMMER UN-OCCUPIED TEMPERATURE SETPOINT OF 85°F(ADJUSTABLE)AS MEASURED BY THE SPACE TEMPERATURE SENSOR,THE EMCS SHALL ENERGIZE THE SUPPLY AIR FAN TO 60% FULL SPEED AND ENABLE ALL TEMPERATURE CONTROL ALGORITHMS TO <br /> PROVIDE COOLING UNTIL SPACE TEMPERATURE DROPS TO 80°F(ADJUSTABLE}.THE OUTSIDE AIR AND EXHAUST AIR DAMPER SHALL REMAIN CLOSED AND THE RETURN AIR DAMPER SHALL REMA{N OPEN.SUPPLY FAN MUST BE ON TO ENABLE COOLING. <br /> OCCUPIED MODE WHEN OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE IS 62°F AND ABOVE: <br /> 1. BLOWER COIL FAN CONTROL: <br /> 1.1. THE EMCS SHALL MODULATE THE VFD FREQUENCY BASED ON A SIGNAL FROM THE SPACE TEMPERATURE SENSOR TO MAINTAIN THE SPACE TEMPERATURE AT 75°F. <br /> 12. HEATING THE EMCS SHALL MODULATE THE VFD FREQUENCY BASED ON A SIGNAL FROM THE SPACE TEMPERATURE SENSOR TO MAINTAIN THE SPACE TEMPERATURE AT 70°F. <br /> 2. EXHAUST FAN CONTROL: <br /> 2.1_ THE EXHAUST FAN SHALL BE MODULATED TO TRACK THE OUTSIDE AIRFLOW WITH AND OFFSET TO MAKE THE SPACE NEGATIVE BY 200 CFM. <br /> 3. DAMPER CONTROL: <br /> 3.1.
