After completing an Initial review ot the applications and prior Speclal Property Use <br /> permits(SPU 00-023 and SPU 00-024),we determfned that the proposalz are exempt from further SDU <br /> and SEPA review,based on the criterla In EMC Chapter 19.41.150.D.1.b(9►. In both cases,the antenna <br /> replacements amount to no net Increase In the site,helght,or number o(antennas beyond what was <br /> authorlted In the prior permits. 7hese proposals can proceed directly with application for <br /> bullding/electrical permlts through the Permit Servlces Dlvislon. <br /> We are aware that a number of additlonal appllwtions have been submitted on behalf ot T-Mobile(or <br /> other sites around lhe City.
