After completing an Initial review ot the applications and prior Speclal Property Use <br /> permits(SPU 00-023 and SPU 00-024),we determfned that the proposalz are exempt from further SDU <br /> and SEPA review,based on the criterla In EMC Chapter 19.41.150.D.1.b(9►. In both cases,the antenna <br /> replacements amount to no net Increase In the site,helght,or number o(antennas beyond what was <br /> authorlted In the prior permits. 7hese proposals can proceed directly with application for <br /> bullding/electrical permlts through the Permit Servlces Dlvislon. <br /> We are aware that a number of additlonal appllwtions have been submitted on behalf ot T-Mobile(or <br /> other sites around lhe City. This determination appties speciflcally to the sites on Mukilteo Blvd.and <br /> does not address the other sltes,whlch may differ signiffcantly In terms of the scope o(work and priar <br /> approvels. <br /> The City wlll Izsue a tuil refund for the land use applicatlon(ees pald for the two sites Iisted.
