1� <br /> �I <br /> EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOL I TION adopting the 2019 Shoreline Public Access Plan <br /> WHEREAS,the Ci Council adopted a Shoreline Public Access Plan(Plan) on May 21, <br /> 2003; and <br /> WHEREAS, several of the proposed projects described in the Plan have now been <br /> constructed providing additional shoreline public access;'and <br /> WHEREAS, several :dditional projects are planned or under construction that will <br /> provide shoreline public access that were not included in the 2003 version of the Plan; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the Planpning Commission conducted a public hearing on May 7, 2019, <br /> considered the testimc$ny of City staff and of the public, and recommended that the City <br /> Council adopt the attached amended Shoreline Public Access Plan(hereinafter,the 2019 <br /> Shoreline Public Access Plan); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the 2019 Shoreline Public Access Plan meets <br /> the needs of the City; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED y the City Council of the City of Everett that the City adopts the <br /> 2019 Shoreline Public Access Plan. <br /> Council Member Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and Approved this day of June, 2019. <br /> Scott Bader, Council President <br /> 4 <br />
