It looks as if a lot of effort went into creating <br /> them. I had various comments from different departments and will attempt to convey those in this email. Some <br /> comments you may have already received from staff members. I will repeat those as seem necessary. <br /> • Jane Zimmerman (Our Drainage Engineer) has marked up a set of plans which mainly had to do with showing <br /> unnecessary drainage structures on the plans. I have attached a PDF to show this plan review. <br /> • Sabina Popa (Everett Transit) provided an email dated January 5th which indicated that her comments have been <br /> addressed. <br /> • Euneka Richards(Traffic Department) provided a spread sheet with comment by email to Windi and Todd of a <br /> review of 90% plans. Please make plan changes indicated in the email. <br /> • Corey Hert(Traffic Department) provided comments on the traffic control specification.They are attached for <br /> your use. Please make revisions as needed. <br /> • Our Drainage/Sewer Maintenance Department had several comments regarding access to various structures. <br /> These are attached. <br /> • Halley Kimball provided an email to Windi that made reference to utility conflicts.Attached are some additional <br /> comments that have to do with resolution of these conflicts. <br /> Please contact mewith questions after you have had a chance to look this over.
