Schedule a minimum of four (4) months prior to the date owner-furnished materials are <br /> required on-site. <br /> Except where noted in these Specifications, owner-furnished materials will be delivered <br /> to the Contractors staging area or Contractor provided storage site. Contractor shall <br /> communicate and coordinate delivery of all owner-furnished materials with Community <br /> Transit. <br /> Station Shelters and amenities, Iconic Markers, Station Hand Railing, and Litter Bins are <br /> estimated to be delivered as follows: <br /> Initial/First Delivery: Four (4) Station Shelter Kits. First delivery on mutually agreed <br /> upon date. <br /> Second and Subsequent Deliveries: Two (2) Station Shelter Kits every two weeks <br /> following initial/first delivery. <br /> The Contractor will transport materials from their storage location to specific installation <br /> locations. The Contractor shall be responsible for including all costs associated with <br /> transporting and installing the Owner-furnished items as required by the Contract <br /> Documents. <br /> The Contractor shall be responsible for protection of these Owner-Furnished items until <br /> they are fully installed and commissioned. <br /> Estimated Inventory Value: The managed inventory consists of several items as detailed <br /> below, and the total value is approximately$200,000 for shelter and amenities at each <br /> Station. Above ground, custom-designed station structures and amenities will be supplied <br /> to the project by Community Transit through its contract with Future Systems. Various <br /> electronic and technology equipment will also be supplied for integration into each station <br /> by other Community Transit contracts (Ticket Vending Machines (TVM)— Parkeon, Real- <br /> time Passenger Information Signs (RTPI), and Stand Alone Fare Transaction Processors <br /> (SAFTP)-ERG). <br /> (A) Station Shelter Kits (1 each)—A bill of materials will be provided listing all of the parts <br /> for an individual kit. All of the hardware and parts to assemble and install a station <br /> shelter and amenities will be provided in a kit. The Station and Amenities Installation <br /> drawings included in the Plans provide a visual of the structure and its various piece <br /> parts and components. <br /> (B) Ticket Vending Machines (2 each)— Reference the pictures and installation drawings <br /> of the TVM provided in Appendix F-2. <br /> (C) Real-time Passenger Information Signs (2 each) —Reference the pictures and <br /> installation drawings of the RTPI provided in Appendix F-1. <br /> (D) SAFTPs and Brackets (2 each)— Reference the pictures and installation drawings of <br /> the SAFTP and bracket provided in Appendix F-3. <br /> Swift Green Line—Corridor Stations Special Provisions SP32 <br /> May 2017 <br />
