Pre-Approved List <br /> Dialight product numbers 433-2220-001XL15, 433-1210-003XL15, 433-3230-901XL15, 432- <br /> 2324-001X0D15, 432-1314-001X0D15, 431-3334-901X0D15, 430-6479-001X, P46-3R33-003, <br /> P46-3Y33-003, and P46-3G33-003. <br /> WARRANTY <br /> The LED traffic signal module shall be warranted against any failure due to workmanship, <br /> material defects or intensity within the first 60 months of field operation. The LED traffic signal <br /> module shall meet or exceed minimum luminous intensity values during the 60 months of field <br /> operation. <br /> Replacement LED signal modules shall be provided within 5 days after receipt of failed LED <br /> signal modules at no cost to the Contracting Agency, except the cost of shipping the failed <br /> modules. <br /> 9-29.16(2)B Signal Housing <br /> Section 9-29.16(2)B is supplemented with the following: <br /> Each traffic signal section shall have two downward facing weep holes drilled in the bottom <br /> horizontal surface of the housing. Weep holes shall be 3/16" in diameter in two opposite corners <br /> and shall not be blocked by any obstructions. No internal feature is to be damaged when the <br /> weep holes are drilled. <br /> Back Plates <br /> Back plates shall be furnished and attached to the signal heads. Back plates shall be 5 inches <br /> wide ABS or polycarbonate, flat black on both sides. <br /> Two (2) inches wide Type 4 prismatic reflective 3M yellow tape shall be installed around the <br /> exterior edge of the plate. <br /> 9-29.17 Signal Head Mounting Brackets and Fittings <br /> Section 9-29.17 is supplemented with the following: <br /> Type A, B, H, and K terminal compartments shall have a single weep hole in the bottom. Weep <br /> holes shall be 3/16" in diameter and shall not be blocked by any obstructions. No internal <br /> feature is to be damaged when the weep holes are drilled. <br /> 9-29.18 Vehicle Detector <br /> Section 9-29.18 is supplemented with the following: <br /> Video Detection <br /> The following bid item will include modifications to the existing video detection system: <br /> "SR 527 at 208th Street SE (SR 524) Temporary System AND Traffic Signal <br /> Modifications, Complete,"which shall include the following two systems: <br /> "SR 527 at 208th Street SE (SR 524)Temporary Traffic Signal System, Complete" <br /> "SR 527 at 208th Street SE (SR 524)Traffic Signal Modifications, Complete" <br /> The Video Detection System shall consist of TRAFICON video detection equipment, <br /> auxiliary equipment, cameras, housings, and mounts, and all required mounting <br /> hardware, cables, connectors, and wiring. The video detection equipment to be provided <br /> by the Contractor shall be of the quantities shown, and shall be delivered to the <br /> Swift Green Line—Corridor Stations Special Provisions SP200 <br /> May 2017 <br />
