All manufacturer recommended setup equipment, required to program, adjust and make <br /> operational the pedestrian pushbutton stations, shall be furnished with each complete <br /> pushbutton system. <br /> All pedestrian pushbutton station equipment shall be the same make or model from one <br /> manufacturer. <br /> Required and pre-approved list for inclusion in the following bid items: <br /> For the bid item, "SR 527 at 164th Street SE Temporary System AND Traffic Signal <br /> Modifications, Complete," which shall include the following two systems: "SR 527 at 164th <br /> Street SE Temporary Traffic Signal System, Complete" AND "SR 527 at 164th Street SE Traffic <br /> Signal Modifications, Complete,"the following shall apply: <br /> Relocation and re-use of existing pushbutton stations in good working condition, as <br /> approved by the Engineer, is acceptable. The Contractor shall replace damaged or <br /> defective equipment with comparable equipment of a similar model at no additional cost <br /> to the Owner. Maintain existing voice to walk messages as indicated in the plans. The <br /> existing pushbutton signs shall be replaced with 9"x15" R10-3B countdown signs, with <br /> braille text, as noted in the plans. The existing system includes Polara Navigator 2-wire <br /> system with a central control unit installed in the Controller. The pedestrian button/sign <br /> housing shall be traffic signal yellow at this location. <br /> 9-29.20 Pedestrian Signals <br /> Section 9-29.20 is supplemented with the following: <br /> 9-29.20 Countdown Pedestrian Signal <br /> All pedestrian signal displays shall be the countdown type signal display as follows and from the <br /> following manufacturer: <br /> Model: 430-6479-001X <br /> Manufacturer: Dialight Corp. <br /> 1501 Route 34 South <br /> Farmingdale, NJ 07727 <br /> http://www.dialight.com/ <br /> 9-30 WATER DISTRIBUTION MATERIALS <br /> Section 9-30 is replaced with the following: <br /> Alderwood Water&Sewer District <br /> All material requirements for water distribution shall be in accordance with Divisions 1, 2, and 7 <br /> of Alderwood Water&Wastewater District's Development Standards & Specifications, included <br /> as Appendix C-5 of these contract documents. <br /> Swift Green Line—Corridor Stations Special Provisions SP217 <br /> May 2017 <br />
