Some of your photo images captured conditions within the building that are not code compliant, including electrical equipment, ramps,stairs, railings, and other modifications to the structure. Additionally,the occupancy involving children with special needs would not be consistent with the Certificate of Occupancy of record. I am pleased to hear that the owner is consulting with design professionals to determine the extent of the challenges to pursue permits to make required repairs and corrections and bring the property into compliance. I applaud and support your enforcement efforts to abate the code violations within this building. 471577.
