Provide/purchase one new 4 ft high stair. (OK by inspection) <br /> 2. Demolish the existing steel stair. Provide/design new steel stair as architect plan shown <br /> 3. Provide new CMU walls for MCC equipment and mechanical fan walls <br /> 4. Mechanical&electrical pipes structural support(support are OK by inspections). <br /> Structural calculation index: <br /> A. Design the walkway support beams W 5X19, <br /> B. Design the walkway support columns HSS 5x5x3/8.
